1.5 POUNDS OF EXTRA LEAN GROUND TURKEY
ONE JALAPEÑO PEPPER
ONE MEDIUM ONION
2 TABLESPOONS OF LIME JUICE
ONE BUNCH OF CILANTRO
1 TEASPOON OF PAPRIKA
1 TEASPOON OF CUMIN
1 TEASPOON OF SALT
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
MINCE TOGETHER YOUR CHOPPED AND SEEDED JALAPEÑO, PEELED AND CHOPPED ONION, LIME JUICE AND HALF THE CILANTRO.
TAKE 1.5 LBS OF TURKEY AND ADD ALL YOUR SPICES THEN ADD MINCED JALAPEÑO AND ONION AND MIX.
PAT OUT SIX LARGE BURGERS OR 12 SMALL BURGERS AND COOK UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS.
