Hello February and happy heart month! Expect a ton of content this month on heart health! Those that have followed me for some time know that my health journey started with a diagnosis of high cholesterol (over 300) at the young age of 30. You can do this by calculating a triglycerides to HDL ratio! Labs you have probably had drawn already in the last 6 months! Ideally triglycerides will fall under 100 and your HDL will be over 60.
