1 orange, zested, peeled and diced β
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard β
1 Tbsp. maple syrup β
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar β
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil β
1/3 cup dried sweetened cranberries β
1/3 cup toasted almond slices β
1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled β
2 cups kale, coarsely chopped β
