These rice pudding pops are just peachy and so easy! Simply simmer organic sushi rice with milk, cream, brown rice syrup, and sea salt. Then add peaches, vanilla extract, and freeze for a not-too-sweet treat the whole family can enjoy. Plus, they can be made ahead for easy entertaining… hello Fourth of July!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Lundberg Family Farms Organic California Sushi Rice, cooked
1 cup whole milk
1 cup peaches, diced
¼ cup heavy cream
2/3 cup Lundberg Family Farms Organic Brown Rice Syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. sea salt
PREPARATION
1. In a 4 qt. saucepan, combine cooked Lundberg Organic California Sushi Rice, milk, cream, Lundberg Organic Brown Rice Syrup, and sea salt.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid has reduced in volume by about half.
