1 cup Lundberg Organic California Sushi Rice
1 ½ cup water
6 oz. tuna, raw, sushi-grade, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
½ cup mango, diced
½ cup cucumber, sliced
¼ cup edamame, shelled
¼ cup red radish, sliced
½ jalapeno, sliced
Green onion, two stalks – greens only, sliced
2 Tbsp. tamari
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
Black sesame seeds, to taste
Sriracha mayo, to taste
