Some clips from our training groups this week. The goal of all of these drills is projection. Before you can project horizontally, you have to be able to project vertically, which is why there’s a ton of medball throws for our post-speed work.
During our acceleration speed days we emphasize projection through broad jumps, power steps, horizontal medball throws and the best drill of all—SPRINTING.
