Since ChocTacos have sadly been discontinued, let’s make our own at home! They are so easy and dare I say- taste even better than the original! 😆
Waffle Cone Shells
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
splash of vanilla
Combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl, mixing until well combined. Fold in the flour and salt.
ChocTacos
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Chopped peanuts
Vanilla icecream
Waffle shells
Slice a tub of vanilla ice-cream into thin slabs and place back into the freezer until ready to use.
Melt the chocolate chips and stir in the coconut oil, set aside.
Preheat your waffle griddle and pour on 1/4 cup of the batter. Cook until barely golden, then remove from the heat.
Working quickly, place the ice-cream slab on top of the waffle shell while it is still warm and fold it over.
Dip the edges of the taco into the melted chocolate and cover in peanuts...
