This can be overwhelming, especially if you are just getting started setting your protein goals, but not to worry I am here to help!
If you’ve been tagging along and have seen the first two parts of this series, you know just how important protein is when it comes to building a higher metabolism and burning fat.
Now you just need to start eating… but how much?
A good place to start is to try to reach at LEAST 100g of protein a day. This can sound like a lot, but if you space out your protein intake throughout the day it becomes a lot less overwhelming.
But remember to keep in mind that other factors (height, weight, gender, age, etc) come into play when figuring out your daily protein intake.
