Here are 3 tips to help you get started: ⌛ Set aside a regular time: Establishing a daily meditation routine with a set time will help you stay on track. While morning meditations are often considered best (preferably, before breakfast), choose a time that works for you. Because building the habit is really what matters most. 🧘‍♂️ Create a comfortable spot: Meditation doesn’t have to happen while seated in the lotus position, in a cave, or on the floor. Get comfortable with your fluffiest blanket, and feel free to sit back on a chair, sofa, or meditation cushion!
