Sweet chocolate chips and tart dried cherries are packed into a fluffy muffin for the perfect breakfast or snack. 😍 They’re also freezer friendly and in our house, they got the toddler stamp of approval. (And trust me, that’s rare 😂) So I’m calling it a win!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup whole milk yogurt
1 egg
4 tablespoons melted butter
⅓ cup dried cherries
¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a muffin pan with paper or silicone liners.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, yogurt, and melted butter.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients then fold in the chocolate chips and cherries.
Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
