This new cycle will have a different feel, focusing on utilizing that strength we built in last cycle and getting comfortable moving weight under fatigue.

Mondays - Back Squats, Bench Press, Core and Pushups/Pullups, plus rowing intervals, working on our 2k time trial

Tuesdays - Power Cleans mostly with some jerk work (testing Press this week), biking conditioning
.
Wednesdays - Bent Over Rows, Single Arm Pressing and Core, running conditioning
.
Thursdays and Sundays - Multipart conditioning “Sweat” style workouts
.
Friday - Front Squats and Snatch work (testing back squat this week)
.
Saturday - Deadlifts and Barbell Pressing plus partner workouts and EMOMs
