Maintaining your social media content is no easy task, but it becomes much more doable with some planning and strategizing.
We like to plan out a month’s worth of posts at a time, but if a weekly amount works best for you, go for it.
Take some time to look at upcoming events, holidays, and important dates for your business and note how those affect you. Then add in some foundational posts about your business, your team or specific products and services.
Once you have your high-level concepts, dive into writing the actual captions, calls to action and hashtags for each post. Top that with a graphic, photo or video, and voila, you’ve got yourself a content calendar!
Planning ahead takes out the pressure of coming up with something on the go and will add to your brand consistency and credibility.
