•Day 19 of 75 hard! We are still getting after it and I am feeling great! Throughout my journey I wanted to find new ways to challenge myself and it has lead me to Pilates and Yoga! This is no joke man I be ready to pass out 10 minutes into the workout. Functional strength is so good and I suggest everyone give it a try!
