HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH🍪
Chickpea cookie dough is exceptionally good! I have been eating this as snack almost every day for the past few months.
And no, it tastes nothing like hummus🙂
✨Ingredients:
•1 can of chickpeas
•2 tbsp almond butter
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/4 tsp cinnamon
•1/3 cup oat flour
•3 tbsp maple syrup
•sprinkle of salt
•1-2 tbsp of milk / mylk — depending on how thick you want the dough
•1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or no-sugar added white chocolate chips (I used lilys_sweets)
👉🏻Combine every ingredient except for the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender. Stop once or twice and scrape the sides using a spatula. Serve in a medium bowl, add chocolate chips, and using a spatula or whisk fold in the chips. Enjoy! — you can store inside an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
