AIR-FRYER SOUFFLÉ PANCAKES🥞⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The easiest way of recreating jiggly Japanese pancakes at home! They are fluffy, light, and so delicious🥰 let me know what you think!!⁣⁣ ➡️swipe to watch them jiggle! And throwback to when I had long blonde hair 👱🏼‍♀️ ⁣⁣ ✨Ingredients:⁣⁣ •2 egg yolks⁣⁣ •3 egg whites⁣⁣ •1 tbsp oil⁣⁣ •2 tbsp milk⁣⁣ •1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣ •1/4 cup flour (sifted)⁣⁣ •1 tsp vinegar⁣⁣ •1 tbsp sugar⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👉🏼Separate your egg yolks from your whites, you can do this with your hands or the egg shells. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla to the yolks. Stir and sift the flour. On a separate bowl, add the vinegar and sugar and use a mixer at a high setting. Mix until you reach stiff peaks. Fold together the yolks and whites. Add to a pastry bag or plastic bag and pipe into a ramekin. Place the ramekin in the air-fryer at 250 F for 5-6 minutes. Flip over and top with syrup.
