We recently asked you to share your favorite bread, and our San Francisco Sourdough was high on the list. We love that you love it because sourdough is one of the reasons Farm to Market Bread Co. exists! It's also our founder Mark Friend's favorite, and when he couldn't find anything that tasted like the real deal, he decided to make his own. Our sourdough has an 18 hour fermentation process, building flavor, texture and crust over two days. Today we're mixing about 500 loaves that will be in restaurants, grocery stores and farmers markets on Saturday morning.
