Today’s Workout⬇️ 1️⃣Alt Single Arm Curl >Press 4x8reps 2️⃣Pike Ups 4x8reps 3️⃣Alt Single Arm Curl 4x8reps 4️⃣Stir The Pot 4x8reps 5️⃣Kb Shrugs 4x8reps(Hold shrug for 5Sec) 6️⃣kneeling Fall-Out 4x8reps *Complete 4 Rounds, Rest 2-3min after each round!
