👉Setup:
• Place the HD Force Plates in a rack
• Flip the J-hooks over, or use an isometric rig / smith machine
• Select Isometric Test on the Tablet
• Tag it, “Ankle Iso Push - Right”
• Cue the athlete to push for 3-5s on the beep/flash
• Repeat 2-3x for 2-3 sets
