This week, Devonte coaches us through a compound movement: squat curl overhead press 🏋️‍♂️ - With this move, we use squats to strengthen the lower body, curls to work our biceps, and presses to build strength through the upper body (triceps, deltoids, pectorals, and “traps”). Compound exercises provide a cardiovascular training benefit and are a form of dynamic flexibility.
