Black pepper Tagliolini with Sicilian Pesto using crownprinceseafoodus

Black pepper tagliolini
Ap Flour 100 gr.
Egg 1 ea.
Black pepper 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp 13 grs
Kosher salt ½ tsp
Make a crown with the flour, add the salt, egg black pepper and olive oil.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour.
Stretch the dough and cut it with a sharpened knife.
Sicilian Pesto
Almonds ½ Cup.
Garlic clove 1 ea.
Basil leaves 1 Cup.
Cherry tomatoes 2 Cups.
Kosher salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp.
Olive oil I ½ Cup.
Olive oil II 1 Tbsp.
Grated parmesan ½ Cup.
crownprinceseafoodus Anchovy paste 1 tsp
Thyme 1 sprig
Toast almonds at 350 F for 5 minutes.
In an oven tray combine cherry tomatoes with half of the kosher salt, 1 Tbsp of Olive oil, ¼ tsp of black pepper, the garlic clove and 1 sprig of thyme.
Roast the cherry tomatoes at 400 F for 12 minutes.
