OK many have asked for my ranking of 7 Days 7 Ways to cook a Ribeye. So here ya go…. #1 Hasty Bake over Charcoal. I grew up eating steaks made on this grill from Tulsa Oklahoma. The KOSMOS seasoning of SPG and Hot Cow Cover is a must try. #2 Reverse Sear on Traeger Timberline with Pecan pellets. The Meat Church combo of Holy Cow then Garlic & Herb is incredible! #3 Traeger Flatrock Griddle. This was my first time cooking a steak on the griddle and it exceeded expectations. Cuso Cuts combo of Gravel and Maple Bourbon was full of flavor with a kiss of sweetness. Visually this was most impressive steak IMO. When we flipped it and saw the crust we knew it would be great #4 Sous Vide. First timer and we will use the heck out of this on chicken, pork, steak, etc….
