Ingredients:
1 bag (50 ct) Wegmans Live Farm-Raised Littleneck Clams
Optional: Wegmans Garlic Cheese Finishing Butter
Directions:
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Rinse clams well under cold running water; discard any that are broken or open.
Place clams directly on grill; close cover. Cook, 5–7 min, until clams open.
Remove clams from grill with tongs; discard any clams that do not open. Serve immediately.
Optional: Serve clams with melted butter for additional flavor.
Chef Tips: Replace Garlic Cheese Finishing Butter with any Finishing Butter flavor or Butter Boy French Butter.
Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice.
