Each of my students got one whiteboard and whiteboard marker from the school for distance learning and Microsoft Teams isn’t very user friendly so scheduling can be a big pain. One thing I started yesterday is when I tell them to hang up and work on something, I make them write on their board what they’re working on and what time to be back on the board. I make them show me before they go, so I now get to see them more. If a parent walks past, they can see what they are supposed to be doing at that time. It gives students a gentle reminder of what they are supposed to be doing. #winwinwin ...
