It’s the people who say they don’t have time that really be doing nothing with their time. Think about it. Reactive people waste time throughout their day due to what I call “buffer time” that falls between tasks. All that time that you have in between those things accumulates throughout the day.
If you’re proactive and create a schedule you can shift where your time can be utilized the most and do what’s required of you to see results 💪🏾
