BBQ 👏Bacon 👏 Pie
We can’t think of a better way to celebrate July 4th than with this savory meets sweet BBQ Bacon Pie from anotherpintplease.
Recipe
1. Pre-heat Searwood Pellet Grill to 325°F.
2. Put a half bag of frozen tater tots into a pie pan and grill for 10-12 minutes until they are soft.
3. Use a bowl to smash the tots into the pan to act as the crust to your pie.
4. Using leftover brisket, combine 3 cups of chopped brisket and ½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce. Fill the pie pan with the brisket and top with chopped jalapenos.
5. Next, create the weave out of 6 slices of bacon. Place 3 slices away from you and then weave in 3 perpendicular. Trim any excess bacon.
6. Top with your favorite BBQ rub and place back on the Searwood Pellet Grill over indirect heat for 35-45 minutes, until the bacon is done to your liking and the filling is bubbling.
7. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve! 🥓 🥧
