POSTPARTUM PART 2

Towards January I slowly started gaining strength again and confidence.
That was also the time when mom guilt started to kick in.
I felt guilty leaving Nola behind, or not giving her 100% of attention while we were at the gym together.
.
But I could tell how I mentally and physically lost myself and needed to get that part back of me!
I wanted to feel like myself and my own person again!
Came to realize in June that I will only be a great mother to Nola if I treat myself well and feel good about myself first!

I am no role model for Nola and no great example if I don’t show her how she should live!
.
I want my daughter to feel strong, loved, independent, inspirational, resilient, unbreakable, happy and so much more!
She won’t learn that by telling her- she will learn it by showing her! 🗣️
