9 years of change between these pictures. 9 years that involved battling and beating anorexia, training, running, rucking, deadlifts, eating, late night workouts, and discipline. When I was going through it I kept looking for a guy that was open about eating disorders and was able to beat it and become strong and I found no one. So I decided to create that man myself, for myself, and to hopefully be that guy for others that are going through an eating disorder and can look at and know there’s hope of beating it. And not only beating it but being able to become stronger than everyone and able to do things that no one else can do. We still have unfinished business with the pull-ups.
