During our visit to the Hyatt Hotel in Madrid, we were on the lookout for unique ways to tell their story. That’s when the Hyatt team shared a touching tale about a lost toy and a little guest. A child staying at the hotel had lost their beloved toy, and the staff searched high and low to find it. After a thorough search, they finally located it. But instead of just sending it back, they decided to make it special. They told the child that the toy had so much fun at the hotel, it decided to stay a bit longer. The toy was returned in a box, along with pictures showing its adventures around the hotel. Inspired by this heartwarming story, we had an AHA moment: why not create a fictional character to be the star of our campaign? But why a cat?
