Some things like hip width, bone shape, waist shape, boob size, and height can’t be changed with exercise. And that’s okay. Circle back to learning to love yourself first!
Being too obsessive over your health isn’t good for you. Skipping taco night and family holidays isn’t healthy. Sacrificing your happiness and mental health isn’t healthy.
Eating on vegetable or doing one workout won’t make you lose weight just like eating one burger or missing on workout won’t make you gain weight. Consistency is everything.👏🏼
