Our bodies are made to adapt and will quickly do so with cardio based forms of exercise. You can also easily burn out or get injured.

Unfortunately no. Fitness trackers like fitness and apple watch are a tool but they’re not exact.
✔️ It’s better to just take the numbers as a general reference point and use them to keep track of your workout and rest days. Watching the numbers go up is great motivation!
