And to make it a bit more useful here’s 3 of my favorite nutrition tips!šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ 1. Choose a diet that’s sustainable for YOU. If you love carbs and your body feels good eating them, don’t go keto. If eating at 6am before work makes you feel energized, don’t fast in the morning. You get the idea! 2. If you wanna lose fat, you need to be eating in a calorie deficit. I know I sound like a broken record here but that’s really the key. On the opposite spectrum, if you wanna focus on building muscle, eating more of the right stuff is gonna be your best bet. 3. Plan your first meal of the day, always. If you fast, plan to fast. Don’t just wait to eat and then get stuck scrambling to figure it out. If you eat early, plan what you’ll have the night before.
