"The most important lesson I’ve learned is to trust the gift. The typical introduction into the industry is that someone tells you, “Hey, you have a nice voice.” So you make up your mind about what it is that you think you’ll rock at, which is often very safe or familiar. After much trial and error, you begin to work and build confidence, and the next thing you know, you’re bringing life to characters and concepts that you couldn’t have dreamed up!
