Summertime Oxtails 🔥 Oxtails are a favorite of mine but depending on the braise and what you serve them over, they can be heavy IMO. It’s been hella hot lately and I wanted a lighter version… this definitely hit the spot and then some 🔥💯

Recipe:
🔹 3-4 pounds oxtails
🔹 4 tablespoons amazingribs “red meat rub” or rub of choice
🔹2-3 cups barnettvineyards Chardonnay
🔹 3 cups homemade veggie stock (more as needed)
🔹 1 leek, sliced
🔹 2 stalks celery, sliced
🔹 8 cloves chopped garlic
🔹 1 cup rough cut baby carrots
🔹 1 lb brown mushrooms
🔹 Olive oil (I used getgraza )
🔹 Fresh rosemary
🔹 Fresh thyme
🔹 Salt and pepper to taste

1️⃣ Season oxtails with “red meat rub” or rub of your choice.
2️⃣ Place on webergrills on the opposite side of jealousdevilcharcoal maxxx briquettes and a chunk of oak from cutting.edge.firewood
