For over 30 years Fairmont has been committed to protecting the environment, including the Bee Sustainable program. There are hives at over 25 hotels around the world. Partnering with abcbees, our two hives produce over 150lbs of delectable honey annually. This locally-sourced honey is a key ingredient in our food and beverage offerings, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and dedication to environmental stewardship.
