Ercole Moscato d’Asti 2019 Everyone could use a little sugar in their life! Wines made in a sweeter style are quite dynamic when it comes to food pairing, so this week we’re talking about perhaps the most cheerful wine on our list, Ercole’s Moscato d’Asti. We’re convinced it’s hard not to like, with tart grapefruit and candied peach flavors. Find it on Terzo’s Toast Tab for $16! You might not expect it, but this wine’s residual sugar is anything but overpowering, seamlessly balanced by bright acidity, modest frizzante bubbles, and a tame 5.5% ABV. That’s how it keeps up with just about any part of our menu. There’s enough acid and effervesce to cut through savory dishes, while the presence of sugar matches the sweetness of dessert. Try it with a porchetta sandwich and save a little to go with limoncello pudding! Ercole makes a line of table wines from Piedmont that consistently overdeliver in quality, and their Moscato d’Asti is no exception. #brodersrestaurants #broderscucina #brode...
