As a seasoned restaurant operator, he honed his skills with the high-caliber team at San Antonio (South Rim) and served as an interim managing partner with the team in Avondale, AZ. ✨ His fondest memory? The BIG WELCOME on his first day of training in San Antonio. 💥 Outside of work, Orlando's passion lies in water activities like jet skiing, boating and scuba diving as well as playing the guitar and cooking. 🌊 Hailing from Brownsville, Texas, he proudly shares his roots.
