Meet Meghan McGarvey, our pastry chef for Boka and Alla Vita. Originally from Chicago, Meghan spent the last five years perfecting her craft in Aspen, Colorado. One of her recent favorite creations is a blue corn pavlova with charred corn ice cream and tarragon—a testament to her innovative approach to desserts. Meghan loves the technique of charring and hard roasting, whether it's sourdough for custard or lemons for sponge cake.
