National Girls and Women in Sports Day means many things to many people, but for me it means representation. On the sidelines, in the stands, on social media, on the field. It’s about celebrating our accomplishments and strides that have been made, but recognizing that there is still work to be done. Since my post on this day last year, we have seen enormous growth.
