I feel like a lot of athletes, and especially hoopers have tight hips, limiting them and potentially causing injuries. Just 10 minutes a day is all it takes to loosen them up.
Rotating Hip Crossovers- 10 each side
Couch Stretch- 1 minute each leg
Lax ball roll out- 1 minute each foot
T Spine Rotations- 10 each side
Figure 4- 1 minute each leg
