Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup mixed berries, thawed
1 pkg. (6 oz.) ready-to-use graham cracker crust
• Beat all ingredients except whipping cream in a large bowl with mixer until blended.
• Add whipping cream gradually, beating well after each addition. Beat on high speed until mixture forms soft peaks.
• Add berries into mixture, stirring well.
• Spoon mixture into a 6-oz. ready-to-use graham cracker crust.
• Freeze 5 hrs. or until firm.
• Serve topped with fresh fruit.
