Baking more cookies today! Cause they’re so good that we don’t leave any for Santa😂. Sugar cookies this time decorated by my daughter. Because honestly I don’t have nor the skill or patience to decorate cookies. This recipe is the one that I’m using every year and it’s the best. No spreading of cookies, and they remain soft. I used almond extract instead of vanilla this year and they taste amazing! Hit SAVE!

1 cup of butter 2 sticks room temperature
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Start by mixing butter and sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Make a soft dough wrap it on a cling paper and chill for one hour. Get the dough out of the fridge, roll it out and cut different shapes. Trick from a baker, freeze cookies for 5 minutes before baking. It will stop spreading out! Bake them for 10-15 minutes on 350 degree. Let it cool and decorate. How many day til Christmas? ...
