Pumpkin spice pork chops with sauté butternut squash and apples. Got inspired by my friend coastalgrillin with his pumpkin spice chicken wings. Check out his feed, but prepare to drool. 2 pork chops
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbsp if dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 apple diced
2 cups butternut squash diced
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup broth or apple cider
Fresh thyme

Start by seasoning pork chops with salt, black pepper and pumpkin spices. Spread dijon mustard on both sides of each pork chop. Place a cast iron skillet over medium to high heat. Add olive oil onto the skillet and pork chops. Depending on their thickness cook the chops each for 5 minutes each side until they get that nice sear. Remove chops from the skillet.
