Grapes and cheese pizza! ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‡My forever love this time in a pizza or actually focaccia. Not sure how to call it because the crust was kinda in between deep dish pizza and airy as a focaccia. Store bought dough, but left it on the fridge for a week. Than you take it out and let it sit room temperature for 3-4 hours to rise. Heat your cast iron pan before spreading the dough. I added some ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese for salt. Lots of grapes, fresh rosemary, sea salt and olive oil. Bake at 450F until golden brown. Some chili flakes per your taste! Super tasty, super delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹ . 1 lb of pizza dough store bought 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup of grapes halved 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp Sea salt Fresh rosemary Pinch of chili flakes . . .
