✨1 cup cooked sweet potato
✨1.5 cups NotMilk™ Whole
✨1 cup raw cashews
✨1/4 cup nutritional yeast
✨1 tsp yellow mustard
✨1 tsp salt
✨1 tsp garlic
✨1/2 tsp pepper
✨1 tsp smoked paprika
✨12 oz cooked macaroni noodles
✨3/4 cup breadcrumbs of choice mixed with 1 tbsp olive oil
1. Cook noodles.
2. Blend all sauce ingredients in blender until smooth.
3. Add noodles and sauce to baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 10 minutes at 475 F or until the top is golden brown. Dig in and enjoy!
