Mac n cheese without milk? Yeah, we did it! Try this creamy, vegan Mac n cheese here made with NotMilk™✖️🥛
Ingredients:
✨2 cups NotMilk™ ✖️🥛
✨2 cups pasta
✨1 carrot🥕
✨1/4 cup cashew nuts
✨1/2 tablespoon salt
✨1/4 teaspoon salt
✨1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
✨1/2 teaspoon paprika
✨1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
✨1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
✨1/2 cup tapioca starch
✨1 tablespoon corn starch
✨1/3 cup coconut oil
Recipe:
1. In a blender, add the cashew, NotMilk and carrots. Blend at high speed for 1 minute. Strain the mix with a strainer.
2. Add all the dry ingredients and condiments and blend again.
3. Mix for 20 seconds at medium speed
4. Add the coconut oil and blend at medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Heat the mixture in a pot until it boils
6. Separately cook the pasta and strain
7. Add the “cheese” mixture and mix well
8. Decorate with cilantro, scallions or anything else you desire
