#NationalBananaBreadDay to the one who got us through the last yearššš
Banana Bread Recipe:
1/2 cup NotMilkā¢
2 very ripe medium bananas (at least 1 cup mashed)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1.5 cups oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts/pecans/raisins
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F and get your silicone bread pan ready (we ā¤ļø silicone because it's reusable and sustainable for the environment)
2. Whisk your dry ingredients together and set aside
3. Separately, this together your oil, honey, NotMilk⢠and vanilla... Stir in the bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips/walnuts/pecans
4. Combine your two mixtures and pour into your pan
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
