In honor of this special launch, our very own Molly Broder has shared simple and delicious summer recipes featuring our new pastas and fresh ingredients. Follow along this month for a taste of Italian summer āļø š®š¹
Tagliarini with fresh tomatoes and burrata š

Ingredients:
⢠1 lb. fresh egg tagliarini pasta
⢠5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (+ extra for drizzling)
⢠5 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
⢠2 lbs. fresh small or round cherry tomatoes
⢠Handful of basil
⢠2 burrata, halved
⢠Parmigiano Reggiano, for the table.
Directions:
- Begin boiling your water. 4 quarts of boiling water per pound of pasta. Add 2 tbsp. Salt to water.
- Thinly slice 5 cloves of garlic and heat in medium saucepan with 3 tbsp. olive oil on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add your tomatoes and stir.
