Pork Belly Burnt Ends in the Indoor Smoker? Say less 😮‍💨 1. Start by preheating the smoker to 225° 2. While it’s preheating, cut some skinless pork belly into 1” cubes. 3. Lather in dijon mustard for a binder & then season them liberally (use your favorite pork rub, I used a spicy one) 4. Once the Indoor Smoker is preheated, let the pork belly smoke for about 3 hours, spritzing about halfway through. You’ll want to ensure a temp probe can easily slide into the pork and the fat to be rendered. 5. Remove the pork belly chunks and place into an oven safe dish. 6. Add bbq sauce, a drizzle of honey, and some more seasoning. Be sure to check they’re all evenly coated. 7. Place back into the Indoor Smoker & smoke at 250° for another 45 min or so. 8. Let them rest for about 15 min and enjoy! #indoorsmoker #indoorsmokers🔥 #summergrilling recipe by: guardianofthegrill 👀
