The other day a co-worker told me I didn’t look old enough to have a 15-year-old and instantly became one of my favorite people because not only do I have a 15-year-old but he can now legally learn to drive. Which is WILD because when I look at him I still see that curly-haired toddler who loved trains and Angry Birds. But sometimes I look at him from the corner of my eye and see his entire future unfolding and the young man he’s becoming and my heart momentarily stops because time is flying by so quickly but it feels like I’ve known this boy for my entire life.
