Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
You won’t believe how healthy these (almost) vegan and (surprisingly) gluten-free bites! I used ZERO OIL when cooking thanks to
@delonghiuae MultiFry. I wouldn’t like frying them so neither do baking would give this CRISPY result without oil and in a short time. It worked way better than expected. I made the recipe twice, it turned out great each time!
RECIPE
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets, washed, pat dry
Batter Mix:
½ cup oat flour
1 cup hot water
A pinch of salt + pepper
Flour Mix:
1 cup of oat flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp blackpepper
Hot Sauce:
2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
½ cup Sriracha sauce
Juice of a small lime
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar (optional)
